Accelerated Action Planning

Learn a fast and engaging method to plan a project or event in two hours. Experience a guided action planning tool that a small team can use to develop a high level plan.

This tool is designed for a focused project that must be implemented in less than one year. Real projects to plan are encouraged at this half day training.

Participants will receive electronic templates to use in accelerated action planning with clients!

There are no prerequisites for this course.
