In today’s world of increased workloads, truncated timelines and demands for employee participation, we need group decisions made quickly, positively and with reduced frustration. We also need to ensure that meetings are effective, efficient and highly productive. Meetings That Work is designed for the person who needs tools to enhance participation and productivity in all types of meetings. This course includes The Workshop Book: From Individual Creativity to Group Action by Brian Stanfield.

TLC Facilitation of Ottawa and ICA Associates Inc. of Toronto now offer this course in-house for organizations and departments in Ottawa. It includes descriptions of 72 facilitation tools and methods used by professional facilitators, with references. You will learn how to design effective agendas, meetings and facilitated events and use productive tools for difficult and complex topics. Practice is an important component in this course.
