Individuals, groups, and organizations are in the middle of recreating how we work together. There are theories, tools, and techniques to help facilitators and conveners create the space for them to do so. Come learn about image shift theory and how it applies to designing meetings so that you are able to help groups:

  • Create small incremental change in the middle of large global change
  • Be meaningfully engaged
  • Be responsive, organized, and timely

You will experience a virtual learning community and leave the sessions with tools to support you in your meeting design on any virtual platform of your choosing.

Who should take this course: Meeting facilitators, educators, and community leaders.

Following the Jul 24 session, participants will put their learnings into practice and return for a follow up session on Aug 7. The second session will give participants an opportunity to share their experience and receive additional coaching.
