Title:  Personalized ToP Action Planning:  Turning your Vision into a Workable Plan

Description: In this hands-on session, participants will experience the ToP Action Planning process while creating a concrete plan for a personal project of their own. Each person will identify a project with a clear deadline, clarify their vision and current reality, name key accomplishments and commitments, and map out tasks and timelines to bring their plan to life. Come prepared with a project idea. You’ll leave with a practical, personalized action plan and deeper insight into how this classic ToP method can guide your personal real-world implementation. 


Rational Aim:

  • Participants will leave with a template for personal action planning, and an action plan for a personal project (or at least a draft!)

Experiential Aim:

  • Participants will explore and understand a new way of using ToP Action planning, and feel confident in their own plan for action.
