Course description:

Many facilitators design facilitations and trainings by instinct, experience and a range of activities to “engage” participants. Participants may even think the facilitator is great. But, has needed change or “shift” occurred? The Designing for Change course provides a theory, process, and methods to thoughtfully, creatively and intentionally design facilitations and trainings that help our clients make positive transformation. Learn how to use Image Shift Theory to assess deeply embedded “images” that shape our clients behavior and Kaleidoscope Design for planning powerful facilitation design to help shift those images and behavior.

The Designing for Change course delves into the complexity and depth required for transformational change in individuals, organizations and communities.
