Celebrate Accomplishment!

Minnesota ToP has supported development of five newly Certified ToP Facilitators.

So far in 2013, 9 members of ToP Network have achieved CTF status, bringing our CTF status to 39!

Achieving the Certified ToP Facilitator recognition is quite an accomplishment.  Click here to learn more about the requirements for achieving CTF status.

Jennifer Moriarty became ICA-USA's 51st Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF) on January 29, 2013.  In the photo at left, Jennifer (center) is surrounded by assessors and colleagues in Minnesota -- first row from left, Cheryl Kartes, Jennifer Moriarty, Kim Behrens, Linda Alton.  Back row from left - Dawn Newman, Marilyn Oyler, Irena Fursman, Rebecca Gilgen, Beth Glommen and Dennis Jennings.

Welcome Jennifer!

Jennifer joins six other ToP facilitators attaining CTF status on Friday, January 11, 2013 - just before the opening of the 2013 ToP Network Annual Gathering.

Achieving CTF status involves review of submitted portfolios, client surveys, facilitator observer assessments and candidate interviews by a team of trained assessors.   To be an assessor, the individual must have attained CTF status, have been trained in assessment, follow a written protocol and be free of established relationship with the candidate that would introduce assessment bias.

At January 11th announcement Marilyn Oyler, the National Certification Coordinator for ToP Network, noted “Our CTFs are now geographically dispersed across the country. With the addition of these 6, we have the capacity to assure highly skilled ToP facilitation all across the country, from Seattle and Southern California, to Durham, NC, New York & New Hampshire, and everywhere in between,"

All seven new CTFs are ToP Network members. Mary Flanagan, ToP Network president is pleased. "We are proud to recognize this professional accomplishment of our members.  We look forward to using our Network website as a hub for sharing among a CTF community of learning."

ToP Network is proud of the diligent work of these six individuals as they demonstrate their commitment to excellence in their use of ToP methods.  Though learning never stops, achieving this milestone is a significant marker along the way.
