Gathering registration fees include events as shown on the Gathering At A Glance page.

Pre-gathering/post-gathering courses are not included in these fees. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see pre- and post-gathering courses and their related fees.

Gathering registration fees cover Saturday, Sunday and Monday breakfasts, Saturday and Sunday lunch and the celebration dinner on Sunday. 

Registration:  

ToP Network members - register with your ToP Network username to access member rates.  Non-members who qualify can join ToP Network to access member rates.  See Benefits of Membership  for more information.  You can register for the Annual Gathering and join ToP Network on the same form.

Cancellation policy:

Participants can receive full refunds of their Gathering and Pre-Post Course registration fees (less 7.5% administration fee) if they cancel before December 15, 2016 and a 50% refund if canceled by January 6, 2017.  There will be no refund if canceled January 7 or later.  This policy also applies to Gathering and pre-post Gathering courses.
