Hello ToP Family!

We hope this calendar post finds you all well and as busy as you wish to be. This year has been dynamic for me, and I am so excited to officially kick-off planning for our 2025 Online Annual Gathering! This year, we would like to do something a little different and start off with a discussion, inviting all past and future ToP gathering participants to the table. We need your feedback to get us started!

On September 6th at noon (Central), we are hoping you can join us on Zoom as we reflect on what we want to carry forward from last year’s gathering (What did you wish was covered, but wasn’t? What did you catch a glimpse of, but want to dig into deeper?), AND dream together for what 2025 could hold (What is something you need to know to flourish as a facilitator? What does the world need from facilitators right now?). Your voice is needed, and your input will help us decide the theme and sessions for this year’s event.

Here is the plan:

• A time of welcome and quick break-out room introductions

• Context setting for our time together and the 2025 Virtual Gathering 

• Two separate Consensus Workshops! You choose which one interests you the most.

• Focus on what we want to carry forward fromt he last gathering OR,
• Focus on our present needs and context

• Report out from each group

• Farewell
