Session Description: Explore together the concept of how our content neutrality as facilitators, may cause challenges to our justice stance through storytelling together. Then discuss what we can do to more intentionally reflect our values and justice stance in our client engagement, design and facilitation while maintaining the content neutrality that serves the group.

Aims:
● Embrace our failures in maintaining a justice stance as opportunities to learn
● Identify tips, tools, strategies for maintaining our justice stance while also supporting the ownership of the group over their own work
