Session Description: In this session, participants will have the opportunity to learn and share frameworks and examples of organizational policies and practices that push organizations from being in “learning mode” to “action mode” in their anti-racist efforts. Topics we will explore include compensation, funding, evaluation, hiring, and human resource policies. We will also consider what our role as facilitators is within these efforts.

Aims: To collectively explore and reflect where DEI + Antiracism work that was heavily centered in the past two years has brought us, and to consider what we notice is working, and what is not working, what is the next step in supporting organizations, and what is our role.
