This session is open to those who have taken or registered for either Designing Powerful Online Meeting Experiences (through Githens & Associates and Sacramento Professional Facilitators) or Virtual Facilitation Bootcamp (through CoCreative Labs and Spark Decks).

Labs give you additional hands-on practice with fewer participants, using a platform you use in your organization. During the lab session, we’ll practice using tools that will foster optimal engagement and create better online meetings by:

• Setting up and using breakout groups
• Using moderator/host tools
• Developing and using collaborative visuals
• Moderating annotations and whiteboards with groups
• Exploring polling options
• Combining tools to meet your goals
