We sincerely appreciate everyone's support, patience, and willingness to try new things these past two months! The stickiest part of the transition is almost over!  Some updates:

• We are meeting with Registrars one on one to walk folks through the new system and get reporting preferences set up; if you have not scheduled this meeting yet, please do my emailing [email protected]
• We have moved to e-certificates! Your class participants will get an e-certificate automatically emailed to them 1 hour after your course or when you mark them as 'attended' (whichever one comes first)
• You can purchase course manuals and pay for seat fees here: https://www.ica-usa.org/toptrainers.html - Please bookmark it if you haven't yet!
• There is still a lot to sort out! This website it pushing us to think through national standards; please join the meeting above to help us think through this!
