ToP Trainer Network (Re)Orientation Series
The TOP Network Board is hosting a three-part Trainer Network Orientation Series to ground trainers (both long-time and newer trainers) in how the network currently functions and where we’re headed together. Each 90‑minute session will be facilitated by members of the ToP Network Governance Committee and will focus on strengthening shared identity, clarity, and connection across the trainer network.

Purpose of the Series
This series is being offered as part of implementing the ToP Network strategic plan. Our goal is to:

• Re‑assert that the trainer system is a core part of the ToP Network community.
• Offer what we know as clear orientation (and re‑orientation) to how the trainer network currently works—governance, committees, agreements, and resources.

• Begin rebuilding a shared sense of identity, norms, and expectations as a trainer community after several years of transition and dispersed practice.

In short, these sessions are about our relationship with one another as trainers, and about strengthening the trainer network as an entity in its own right.   

Session Dates (all 90 minutes)

Session 1 

• Date: Wednesday, August 5

• Time: 8:30–10:00 am PT / 10:30 am–12:00 pm CT / 11:30 am–1:00 pm ET

Session 2

• Date: Tuesday, September 1
• Time: 1:00–2:30 pm PT / 3:00–4:30 pm CT / 4:00–5:30 pm ET

Session 3

• Date: Wednesday, October 14
• Time: 1:00–2:30 pm PT / 3:00–4:30 pm CT / 4:00–5:30 pm ET
