The ToP Network Annual Gathering (TNAG) is a virtual event designed to bring together ToP Network members and ToP practitioners for three days of laughter, learning, sharing and participation.  The term 'gathering' means to bring people together or assemble from various places.  Gathering, even in a virtual world, represents the spirit of this event.

The theme of this year’s TNAG is “The Transforming Fire of Facilitation: Building Belonging and Sparking Innovation".  Over three days you will experience engaging workshops and all group plenaries, casual virtual living room spaces, and lively networking.  We will learn from each other and experience ToP facilitation methods in action.

The TNAG Planning Team" commitments for the 2023 Gathering include:

• Intentionally invite new Facilitators to TNAG and build a meaningful experience and community 
• Identify onramps for participation and network growth 
• Recognize when fear of disappointing others’ expectations could impede our bold leadership
• Build community within our team with asset mapping 
• Engage in bold leadership and willingness to engage in the hard conversations around ABIDE (Accessibility, Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity) and integrate this into everything we do 
• Offer a wide variety of experiences and opportunities to learn and share

Program/Schedule

We start the day with gathering in the virtual "lobby" where introductions and informal conversations take place.  You'll then participate in the all group Plenaries when we'll dive into the theme of the Gathering.  You will experience a wide variety of fabulous workshops with colleagues. These sessions will enhance your skills and connect you with colleagues across the world. You'll be infused with new ideas and energized with "fire" that will prepare you for your facilitation work with your clients and organizations. There will be many opportunities for networking or even setting up virtual meetups over your own topic.

Day 1 & 2 start at 6:30 am Pacific Time and end by 6:00 pm PT.  Day 3 starts at 8:00 am and ends by 12:30 pm PT with the Hybrid Plenary session and Closing Ceremony.
