Gathering Program

This year's 30th ToP Network Annual Gathering is a virtual event designed to bring members of the ToP Network and ToP practitioners together for three days of laughter, learning, sharing and participation - all things we need more than ever this year, in the absence of in-person connection. We deeply appreciate your willingness to join us in stepping out into a new format, using new technology, to learn and share more together.

For our Annual Gathering we are hosting a virtual “unconference”. This means we are convening the ToP Network community to learn from each other and to exchange ideas. We will have opportunities for virtual living room spaces and networking as well. The program includes 90-minute concurrent online workshops over three days. A full group plenary will be hosted each day by the ToP Network board around a daily theme.   We will hold sessions for Action Teams to convene. There will be fun activities and networking opportunities as well. Take a peek at the sample part-of-a-day schedule grid.

Gathering Presentations

We are not following a traditional selection process with a pre-set program, but instead are providing the macro structure for presenters to imagine how they will contribute around the themes to facilitate sessions and activities over the 3 days. We invite you to become a presenter and facilitate a session.   There are several ways you can co-create the Gathering’s content:

  • Submit a session or workshop topic that you would be willing to host
  • Provide an Afternoon Activity
  • Suggest/Host an Action Team session

You are welcomed to submit ideas in all of the above categories!  Presenters of workshops should be ToP Network members or co-present with a current member.  If you're not yet a member, you can enroll while registering.

For more information about the submission guidelines for all of the above categories, the theme for each day of the gathering, guidelines for presenters and more, please visit 2021 TNAG Sessions—Instructions for Presenters
