2016 Action Teams

On January 11, 2016, attendees of the ToP Network Annual Gathering in Phoenix AZ developed action plans for the year.  Select the team to view their 2016 action plan.

Network Bylaws provide for Standing and Ad Hoc teams.  Standing teams include:  Executive, Nominating, ToP Trainers and Curriculum, ToP Certification, Membership and Annual Meeting.  Here are the bylaws provisions for these teams:

Executive

The Executive Team shall be composed of the officers. The Executive Team shall be vested with the powers possessed by the board itself to the degree and extent necessary to conduct the business of the ToP Network between meetings of the Board of Directors. The Executive Team's duties may include setting the agenda for the Board and overview of the operations and budget of the ToP Network. The Executive Team shall convene upon the call of the Chair as needed. Three (3) members of the Executive Team shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business at any meeting of the Executive Team  

ToP Trainers and Curriculum

The ToP Trainers and Curriculum Team shall consist of not less than four (4) members of the ToP Network. The Team shall oversee the revision of current ToP courses, the development of new ToP courses, and the qualification and development of ToP trainers. One of the members of the committee represents the ToP Network on the ICA Ethics committee, whose purpose is to assure compliance with ToP Trainer licensing.

ToP Certification

The ToP Certification Team shall consist of not less than four (4) members of the ToP Network. The Team shall oversee the certification program and requirements and the qualification of ToP Facilitators.

Membership

The Membership Team shall consist of not less than two (2) members of ToP Network. The Team shall promote membership and retention; and assure the maintenance of an accurate member list, monitor renewals, and reconcile membership records.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting Team shall consist of not less than two (2) members of the ToP Network who are Co-chairs responsible for Hosting duties and Program duties.
